Red Ale. Boil for 60 min. Add hops at 55 and 5

And serve up some motivation.

Red Ale. Moved to fermentation chamber.

Had to make room.  Too much homebrew :-p.  Temp set to stay between 17-20 Celsius.

Red Ale. Top up and read OG.

Added spring water to 5 gallons.  OG reading 1.055.  Higher than box desired OG.  Makes for higher ABV.

Grains being rinsed.

1/2 gallon to 170 set grains in water and strain bag.  Then add rinse back to wort.  Keep all we can.

Going to do it for 45 min not the recommended 20 @ 150-165 degrees.
